As part of a new bathroom renovation, this newly designed area is now a beautiful finish wonder. Our clients envisioned a more functional and upgraded bathroom to meet their needs, and this was a medium-sized bathroom remodel in an upscale condo. Some of the challenges for this project were removing a wall to widen the bathtub footprint and converting an old standing shower into a beneficial linen closet. We also incorporated a heated tiled floor, as our talented professional team recommended. We enjoyed every step of this project, including the pleasant hospitality from our customers.

What was included in the project?

1. 70% demolition of the property and cleanup.
2. Replacing vanity with a floating design and double sink feature
3. New countertop, an LED mirror, plumbing fixtures and lights.
4. Removed and replaced the old tub with a more spacious, sleek look, glass door and new hardware.
5. All new millwork and installed light fan 2 in one kit.
6. Complete paint job of the bathroom.
