This beautiful house in Montreal, Quebec, was transformed by new painting and hardwood floors throughout the home to a new design on the top floor primary bedroom closet area. We expanded the walk-in closet to give the bedroom a more spacious functionality and look.

As the client requested, we also renovated the main entrance with new tile floors leading into a guest bathroom and rebuilt stairs. A portion of the project was challenging as we needed to work around our schedule to deliver on time due to the waiting period for material delivery. Once completed, the results were beyond worth waiting for, and clients had nothing else to express besides their complete joy at the final product.

What was included in the project?

1. 35% demolition of the property and cleanup.
2. Main Entrance, 1 bathroom and primary bedroom fully renovated.
3. Rebuilt stairs, some drywall and mud and 80% house paint job.
4. All new millwork.
