Eddy, Veronica and Brandon trusted us to complete a whole house renovation in one of their property investments at the beginning of December 2022. They desired to modernize the property to increase the overall value and resell. Every step of the way was a learning experience for them and us. What was included in the project?

1. 65% demolition of the property and cleanup.
2. 1 Kitchen, 2 bathrooms and laundry fully renovated.
3. Replaced the upper and lower level floors and all doors.
4. Rebuilt stairs, some drywall and mud and full house paint job.
5. All new millwork.
